2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. We charge for the sample cost .They will be refund in the bulk order.

3.What kind of files do you accept for printing?

Better with CAD or AI file.

4.Can you do the design for us?

Yes. For product, we accept custom design. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them.

5.How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge, the samples will be sent in 5-7 days. The samples will be sent to you by express.

6.What about the lead time for mass production?

That depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally 15 to 20 days.

We suggest you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products.

7.What is your terms of payment and delivery?

Normally T/T, 30% deposit in advance anf balance before shipping.
